The jacuzzi had potential to be relaxing, and the layout of the room was spacious, awesome for some decent movement for a couple. It felt cozy enough to settle in after a long day.
I ran into a few issues. The jacuzzi was dirty, which really put a damper on things. We were sent to a room that was already occupied, and the lock on the jacuzzi door was broken. The lack of a quilt made the night uncomfortable, and I had no access to the TV remote or internet password when I needed them. Reaching out for help was futile since calls went unanswered.
